Intimate resort with friendly guests from across the globe. Outstanding amenities, staff, food, and entertainment. Mexican Fiesta dinner with amazing dancers and Michelin-star chef. Exceptional service from Alejandro at Azia and Karla at Spices. Beach paradise with crystal blue sea and great water sports. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The beach was stunning, with white sand and crystal blue water. We had plenty of space to relax and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, with a great variety for breakfast and the restaurants exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well air-conditioned. We also loved the location, with easy access to shopping and the beautiful Riviera Maya area.
Almost perfect, just a few minor issues.

The food and drink options were excellent with a wide variety to choose from, stunning ocean views at the "Deck" for lunch, and exceptional dinner options at the a la carte restaurants. The staff was attentive and the property was beautiful with multiple pools and wildlife to observe. The bed turn-down service was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that cater to every need. the staff is attentive and provides exceptional service, making guests feel pampered. the swimming pool and sun terrace are both beautiful and offer a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a variety of dining options to choose from, including a buffet breakfast, poolside snack bar, and restaurant with delicious cuisine. the location is also a plus, with easy beach access.
While the hotel provides an exceptional experience, one minor issue was the lack of live entertainment. Though it didn't take away from the overall stay, it would have been nice to have more options for nighttime activities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an adults-only resort on a beautiful beach. The location was perfect, with the stunning pools and beach just steps away. The resort was also conveniently located close to Playa Del Carmen's 5th Avenue, making it easy to explore the local shops and restaurants. The service at the resort was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the resort was breathtaking, with picturesque views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. the resort offered a range of facilities, such as a gym and a theater, which provided entertainment options for guests.
I did notice that there was some seaweed on the beach, which may have been a result of a previous storm.
